For 17 years, with the help of Hungry for Life, our church has supported the people of Eastern Ukraine. Today, they need our support more than ever.
What's Happening?
Hungry for Life has recently produced a 1hr documentary that provides a current picture of life in Ukraine. We will watch the documentary together and finish with a brief discussion and prayer. There will also be an opportunity to provide financial support. Please note, given the content the event is likely unsuitable for younger children. Please use your personal discretion.
Why are we doing this?
Two reasons: 1) Our friends Sig and Ruth are travelling with a team to the Ukraine at the end of April. We want to support them as they go. 2) The documentary is well done and provides an important update for us to view.
What is the plan?
Doors will open at 6:45, and the documentary will begin shortly after 7 pm. Come early to get a seat and have some tea and cookies.
